The hosts were really friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and we especially enjoyed the homemade pastries. The room was really comfortable and we slept really well. The location was great too, with lots to see and do in the surrounding area.

That the room was quite small and cramped, particularly with the extra bed in there. We also found it a bit tricky to find the place, as there weren't any clear signs from the road.

Had a decent time over Xmas, location was sorta okay as it was easy to find and parking was good. Relatively clean environment and the atmosphere was okay, nothing fancy. They had a decent array of pastries and refreshments for breakfast, got us a good start for everyday exploration.

I had a great experience staying here. The hotel facilities were very clean and modern. The parking was easy to access and convenient for exploring the Lunigiana area. I loved the location, set in peaceful surroundings on the garden. The breakfast was delicious with lots of homemade options. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing helpful knowledge of the area.

During our short stay, we experienced great comfort and relaxation. the location was ideal, with two amazing restaurants nearby and a short journey to the beautiful Lunigiana area. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the garden while overlooking the serene surroundings. the room was tidy and the bathroom was modern and cozy, making our stay even more enjoyable. the hosts were very welcoming and made sure we had an unforgettable stay.

The place can be a bit challenging to locate, especially if you're arriving at night.
